The wait for this sushi was horrendous and the service in general was just bad, but the sushi delivered in terms of freshness and deliciousness. Yum. The soy sauce was also amazing. Apparently Miya's makes its own soy sauce, which is lower sodium than traditional soy sauce, and they infuse it with a citrus taste. Really, really delicious and well priced.
