Monday (hers): Eggs, rice, brussel sprouts


I still don't have jasmine rice (when will I be in the mood to carry that 20lb bag home on the subway?) so I'm using long-grain. What has happened to me? I made two fried eggs with onions and fish sauce (mmm) and brussel sprouts with tons of parmesan cheese on top. I liked that, and I still have 5 left in the fridge for a "rainy day."
