This is another recipe that I clipped from the local paper, but that was many, many years ago! I've been making this for the last 8 years I suppose. It's wonderful comfort food, and I keep thinking I'll make regular beef stroganoff one of these days, but this really is so much cheaper and easier. I have enough leftovers for 2 more meals.
