Friday's meal was made possible by Publix: Lemon Grass Rotisserie Chicken, True Bleu Salad Mix and Coca-Cola. I cooked the rice and added the fish sauce. Friday's entertainment was the "First Inning" of Ken Burns' Baseball. It was a quiet and pleasant meal and movie!
