Tuesday's dinner, Kung Pao Chicken, was the leftovers from Monday's dinner plus rice. Pretty good, but not great. I still haven't found an excellent place for Chinese food in Gville. This was from a pan-Asian Japanese-emphasis restaurant called Ichiban downtown. I went there Monday night after seminar with a couple of friends. A $10 meal became suddenly more affordable when I was able to stretch it out over lunch and dinner the next day.
And then Wednesday's dinner was Red Barron pizza. It was on sale for $2.99! How could I pass it up? I went to the grocery store and bought some steaks, but by the time I got home, I needed a quick fix. Hence, the scary nuclear looking pizza.
