My new year's package inspired me to buy a crusty french baguette today and make a vietnamese sandwich. My mom sent me pate, cow cheese, and gio, all of which are delicious to eat with french bread. I pickled my own carrots to go with the sandwich and they really made a huge difference. The sandwich was very delicious!
Oh man, this looks good. I like the color of those carrots.
