Sunday (His): Return of Cajun Pasta

Did I have this on Sunday? I believe I did. Well, I made it sometime this weekend. Since I forgot to get the good Cajun seasoning, I tried to compensate with more basil and expensive tomatoes.The result: good enough! And always good for leftovers. Yes, it was Sunday because on Saturday I made fried rice again out of the left over rice from Friday's steak night.
