At least I made it myself, right? The Vietnamese elbow macaroni thingy is a cousin of the Vietnamese egg thing, also a favorite. This particular dish is good in times of hunger and need because it's super easy to make, is good leftover, and gives you that special taste of ground beef and fish sauce in your mouth.
Note: I also had this for Monday. On Monday, I also could not fight a craving to eat chicken nuggets after my seminar. Unfortunately, the price of chicken nuggets returned to their usual price. Apparently Sunday was the last day to get 10 chicken nuggets for just $2.
