Sunday (His): Fancy Ramen, or, Rad Thai!

After receiving a link from "her" on how to upgrade my ramen, I tried making the Rad Thai. I had about half a dozen shrimp left over from the cajun pasta, so this was a perfect choice. All I needed to do was run to the store for bean sprouts and peanuts. All in all, it was pretty good. Definitely a more "sophisticated"-- i.e. less unabashedly gross; it require some effort, but not much -- alternative to just plan ramen. Next time, I'll probably let the noodles cook for even less -- they were a little too soft -- and maybe add some different seasoning. Where's the sriracha sauce when you need it?
