Friday (hers): Chickpea salad


I made this simple chickpea salad from a recipe in the latest Bon Appetit. I usually can't make the BA recipes because they are too complicated and I can't afford all of the ingredients, but all this salad required was a can of Goya garbanzo beans, olive oil, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and basil. I will definitely make this again. It's a satisfying light meal or snack.
