Wanted to make beef and broccoli, but found myself crunched for time (there's a reading tonight) and hadn't bought the beef yet. Oops! Tomorrow, look for beef and broccoli here. Instead, I ate left over rice with the ground up peanuts, sesame seeds, and peppers (at least that's what I think it is) made by my grandmother. It tasted very healthy. I'll have an red delicious apple for dessert.
