Ok, so I haven't technically had my dinner yet, but I'm going to attribute that to the very big late lunch I had (4 tacos). This is my second time making carne asada, and it's slightly better this time because I used the right kind of meat. I overcooked the meat, however. I like it a little rare. There are plenty of leftovers so I'm excited that I'll have a decent lunch tomorrow.
