Steak for one definitely is not as fun, but it's still pretty good. Last night I slightly undercooked the steak, tonight I slightly overcooked it, and given a preference, I'd choose slightly undercooked. It's 10:30 now, which means I should have plenty of energy now to write into the night. The microwave bell just went off--that's my coffee!
